MEMBERSHIP
Member’s Code of Conduct





   

  • All patients MUST be at least 21 years old and have a valid California State issued identification card.

 

  • As a member of Botanicure, you must check-in with Administration and show your California Identification Card or Drivers License each time you visit.  You must have your original Doctor’s recommendation with you at all times.

 

  • WE DO NOT ALLOW THE CONSUMPTION OF CANNABIS WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ON THE PREMISES, OR IN YOUR CAR WHILE YOU ARE IN THE CONFINES OF THE EASTLAKE BUSINESS PARK OR VENTURE COMMERCE CENTER.  ANYONE SEEN CONSUMING CANNABIS WITHIN THE ABOVE STATED AREAS WILL BE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT LOSS OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE BOTANICURE COLLECTIVE.

 

  • You may never sell or otherwise distribute medication you obtain at Botanicure.  Doing so will result in permanent loss of membership in the Botanicure collective and being banned from our facility.  Only one (1) visit per day is allowed.  No exceptions!

 

  • Patients may not share money or split donations on any medication.  Cash donations only.

 

  • Free parking is available in either of the parking stalls that are marked Reserved – # 853 or in any parking stall with no markings within the Venture Commerce Center.  Under no circumstances should you park in any other parking spot.  Failure to observe parking regulations can result in suspension of membership in Botanicure.

 

  • Turn off all cell phones prior to entering the Botanicure facility.

 

  • Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) should be handled with great care.  Always keep out of reach of children.  Place your medication in the trunk of your car while in-transit.  No person shall open, smoke, inspect or ingest any medical Cannabis until in a safe location.

 

  • No alcohol, drugs, or weapons are allowed on or around the premises at any time.

 

  • Be friendly and courteous to our neighbors.  We do not permit loitering of any kind.  If you need to wait for any reason, please do so within your car in an appropriate parking space.

 

  • Please do not leave anyone in your car on or around the premises.

 

Any patient who does not comply with these guidelines may be refused service.
