During the two and a half years that the Botanicure collective was in operation, we did so in strict compliance with California Health and Safety Code 11362.5 (Prop 215) and 11362.7 (SB 420).  While state law is relatively ambiguous regarding age requirements, we took it upon ourselves to only serve those patient members that were at least twenty-one (21) years old.  For educational purposes, we have decided to leave the remainder of the Membership section of the site the way it was when we were in operation.
